Refund/Exchange Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any of our products regardless of whether they have been used or not. Please choose carefully. If you have any questions about our products, please contact us by email before placing an order.

Terms of Sale
During the checkout process you will be given the complete terms of your purchase. Included in those terms is your clear understanding that we are selling these products as containing CBD (cannabidiol) from hemp oil. These products have not been evaluated by the FDA. We are committed to complete compliance with FDA regulations and as such, because these products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to any extra benefits for products containing CBD (cannabidiol). If you decide to purchase our products, you are drawing your own opinions as to any additional benefits or use these products may provide.

Your acceptance of the terms of purchase means you agree to and understand the refund policy.

Damage During Shipping
We take customer satisfaction very seriously. All of our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our facility.
Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made with 72hrs. Please contact us and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that time.

CBD Products
All sales for CBD products are non-refundable. These products have temper evident seals and can not be re-stocked. Please choose carefully. Please contact us with any questions before placing an order.

Shipping Costs
Customer assumes all costs in shipping items back to us, and we assume the cost in shipping replacements to the customer. Shipping cost incurred are non refundable. All replacement/repaired products are shipped USPS first class. We recommend using delivery confirmation/tracking when shipping packages to us.



Order Cancellation/Change Policy
Please submit any cancellation or order change via email to info@cannachemist.com. Once the order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel or change your order.

Lost/Missing/Broken Orders
You must contact us within 72 hours of the scheduled delivery date of your order regarding any lost, missing, or broken products. We will have to file a federal investigation with the United States Postal Service regarding any of these claims. Canna Chemist will not be held responsible for items missing from deliveries if not reported to Canna Chemist by phone or email within three days of the posted delivery date. Due to overwhelming postal theft and false claims all shipments and packaging is video recorded. Claims of missing items will be reviewed to confirm package and contents were correctly shipped. After investigation all missing item claims must be filed by the purchaser via USPS.

We do not guarantee that our parts and products are compatible with those of other manufacturers or suppliers.
